How long will it be until my order ships?

Most orders ship within 5-7 business days. A custom order can take up to 10 days.

When I order do I get a pair?

No each Huggit is sold individually as some customers only need one.

Can I pick my order up to avoid shipping?

No, but if you are in the St Petersburg area it is possible for local delivery. Fill out the contact form for more information.

How to I measure my column?

A measuring tape should be placed around the circumference as if you are hugging your column. Height is pretty self explanatory. Remember to get measurements accurate.
